§ 9. Customer Acknowledgments
By accepting this Order Specification, the Customer confirms that the Customer:- has reviewed the version in effect of the Mining Hardware Hosting Agreement and agrees to its terms;
- has reviewed the Risk Disclosure Statement and understands the risks set out therein;
- has reviewed the Refund Policy, the Acceptable Use Policy and the Loyalty Program Terms;
- has reviewed the Platform Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy of Cuverse Technologies Limited;
- has provided a valid Customer Wallet controlled exclusively by the Customer;
- (for B2C Customers from the EU) expressly waives the 14-day right of withdrawal pursuant to § 3(13) of the Mining Hardware Hosting Agreement in exchange for the immediate commencement of the provision of services;
- (for US Customers) agrees to the application of the provisions of § 16 of the Mining Hardware Hosting Agreement and accepts mandatory arbitration, the class action waiver and the other provisions of that paragraph.
